Hello friendos!
We've had a crazy busy wonderful week! We're seeing miracles every day. It amazes me to continue realising how God's hand is in everything. As Sister Desoloc and I have been going out to chap, we've met a few great people willing to take the survey we were doing. We were able to give one man a Book of Mormon and share a bit about it and the Restoration of the Gospel, and will hopefully be seeing him this next week. Another man and his daughter invited us in when we were chapping yesterday, to give us a break from the rain, and they took our survey and had a chat about faith and the role God plays in all of our lives. They both asked us lots of questions about our missionary service, and were so sweet. We asked if we could come back another time to talk with him more about our beliefs, but he wasn't interested. Still, I was so grateful for his generous heart in inviting us in, and for the opportunity we had to share with them some of the knowledge we have been blessed to have. The Spirit was pretty strong in there. There are such good people everywhere!!
We also had a couple of lessons this week. Both of our friends that we taught are struggling with different things. We had different joint teachers with us, and with their testimonies and help, we were all able to feel the Spirit so strongly. At one point in both lessons we all had tears in our eyes. The members are able to bring such a beautiful Spirit. I love this ward. Everyone is always so willing to help us teach! Both of the members that helped us this week even commented on their experiences during church yesterday! So that was pretty neat :) Hurrah for missionary work!!
I was able to go to Glasgow a couple days this week. The first I hung out with my first born Sister Wilkinson ;) for a couple of hours and we GQed in the busy high street of Glasgow while our comps had to go to Edinburgh for a bit. Then I had exchanges with one of our STLs. Glasgow's such a cool place! Definitely the biggest, busiest city I've been to.
I'm sorry if the email seems rushed. It is haha. I'm out of time!
Love you all!
