Crunch for Time

Not too much happened this last week! But it's still been good. We were out finding most of the time, and nobody really talked to us the whole week. Since Ryan's baptism, we've been at a loss who to teach. None of our friends are progressing, and won't really answer our texts or calls so that's kinda lame. We've been focusing on the members more, making sure to pay them short visits and leave a spiritual thought with them. I love our members so much, it's crazy.

One day while we were Gqing, a guy named Jordan came up to us and asked for our number. He said he had lots of questions for us and would contact us later. WE WERE LIKE WOTT. We just stood there stunned for a few seconds after he rushed off. He texted us that night asking if we could meet tomorrow. Apparently he's doing a project on religion for uni and was interested in ours. He asked if he could bring AUDIO RECORDING equipment and we're like are you kidding me!? We had no idea so asked our DL, who didn't know who asked ZL, who didn't know and asked AP, who didn't know who asked President, who looked to heaven and said no way! So we told Jordan nope and he was like okay. We met him, his friend Ian at the church with our lovely Helen Stronach. They loved the Plan of Salvation and said how nice and calm they felt while we were teaching. Jordan said he wanted to come to church, and then we parted ways. Also turns out they're a gay couple, so we'll see how that works out! Still have faith though :)

We had interviews with President this morning and holy cuss he's so amazing! He practically told me that Sis Mac and I will be split up, and that I'll most likely be leaving Montrose, so I'm pretty devastated and will prolly cry lots for the rest of the week. It's all in the Lord's hands though!

Well, we're out of time right now and gotta run! I love you all and hope you have a fabulous week prepping for general conference!!

Love, Sister Syphus
