It's flying by far too fast!

This week just disappeared! ! It's actually crazy that it's already Monday. Lots of travel was involved haha. We went to Dublin for our All-Ireland Conference. It was the anniversary of Joseph Smith, so President talked about him and the First Vision a bit. It was so awesome. My love and gratitude for Joseph Smith is great. President also focused a portion of his instruction on our Father in Heaven. I feel like I definitely don't really focus on Him all too much, so that was a beautiful part of the meeting for me. We talked about what we personally loved about Him. It really made me ponder for myself the reasons why I love Him.

All of the instructions touched me in different ways. How grateful am I for my leaders and the special inspiration they receive from the Spirit to know what we need to hear.

The rest of the week was great as well. We taught a few lessons, and were able to give our friend from Syria an Arabic Book of Mormon! He was so excited to receive it, held it close to himself and couldn't wait to begin reading it. We also met a man named Mario in the town one day. He was very sad. He's in a wheelchair after having a stroke, and a lot of things have been going wrong for him. We testified of God's love for him, and a bit about the Plan of Salvation. He agreed to meet with us the next day, but couldn't make it. Saturday, we sent out church invites, and five minutes to church starting time, he called us saying that he wanted to come to church and that he was waiting across the street. We got someone to help us, and got Mario into the chairlift and brought him up the stairs so he could join us for sacrament meeting. Afterward, his eyes were shining and he said that he really liked it and felt so good. :) He's so sweet, and we're supposed to be seeing him later this week!

And Roy got the Priesthood! Woot!

Also, I've been studying in Chapter 3 of Preach My Gospel. I was in the Plan of Salvation and highlighted all of the manifestations of God's love for us. Like how his purpose is to bring us joy and eternal life and immortality. That he gifted us with agency, and provided us a Saviour to help us and save us. It was such a good study :) I love my Father in Heaven so much. He's done so much for us, it's incredible!!

I love you all and miss you! I hope you're all happy and doing well! Take time this week to ponder about your Father in Heaven, and the reasons why you love Him :)

Sister Syphus Xxx

PICS :)
This was in Dublin. The Waterford elders found this shattered glass where their car was supposed to be. Apparently someone broke into their car and stole a backpack, and the police brought in the car. At first we all thought that someone had highjacked their car. Crazy peoples!
The Ginger District! (And President) During my interview with him earlier this week he commented on my dyed hair (honestly I can't really even see too much of a difference). I told him about everyone wanting a completely red-haired district and he just laughed. He's still making jokes haha
Sister Fahina and Sister Linco and me! I haven't seen them in forever!
They're both in my MTC group :)
